MetriSales operates like a central sales process management system to manage the sales process where all sales orders and processes are registered and accessible by authorized users and managers.

Generated Quotation
Cust Care search the targeted customer account in MetriCRM, then proceed to create the quotation as necessary.
Escalate To DTP Team
Upon order details confirmation and payment made. Invoice generated, Cust Care escalate the invoice to DTP team.
Auto Routing
MetriCRM system will perform auto-routing on the invoices to DTP & Production team member .

Escalate To Logistics Team
Upon completion of production, Cust Care update the invoice. And then, production team members escalate the invoice to Logistics team.
Completed
MetriCRM system will perform auto-routing on the invoices to Logistics team member.

Use case of MetriSales
Single page viewing and accessibility of all data related to an account or contact. With integration with your current phone system (3CX), this information can be accessible when agents make or receive phone calls via 3CX. Having MetriCRM to automatically provide the information of the caller or recipient.

Messaging
Access messaging within the CRM platform at any times to view existing chats, unclaimed chats, or create a message blasting schedule to all included messaging platforms. All in and out messages from the integrated chat platforms will all be centralized in messaging, tied with relevant information of the customer – all in a single page.


MetriSales Analytics
With MetriSales analytics, you can easily detect and identify the number of deals in your pipeline, average size and value of the deals, close ratio, average percentage of deals won, and sales velocity, average time it takes to win a deal. With insight into performance, workflow efficiency and key sales metrics, you can take full control of your operations and create a bulletproof pipeline strategy.

Self-managed Management
MetriSales allows user to self-managed the user account, user role, portal setting, Fields, ticket statuses, etc. Changes are applied on the fly and no system restart needed. This provide systems that are scalable, support dynamic composition and rigorous analysis, and are flexible and robust in the presence of change.


Report
All detailed reports can be generated using the report generation tool with specifying the date duration. Include account details, agent login, ticket details and many more. All detailed reports will be presented on MS Excel spreadsheets.

Click-to-message
One click is all it will take to trigger an outbound message. Note that with outbound messaging, it can only send pre-set and approved template messages.


Click-to-dial (outbound calls)
Click-to-Dial button can be found near ‘Contact Number’, ‘Mobile Number’, ‘Home Number’ as well as ‘Office Number’ as shown in diagram below. To make an outbound call, user just require to click on this button and the system will automatically trigger the configured MakeCall API.
